Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • sugar to taste

Preparation

In a 1-quart pitcher or glass measure, stir 1/4 cup lemon juice, 4 teaspoons sugar, and 1 teaspoon ginger juice until sugar is dissolved. Add 2 cups sparkling water. Pour through a fine strainer into ice-filled glasses. If desired, add more sugar to taste.
