- 1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon finely minced lime zest
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups honey
How to Make It
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand 1 hour. Strain mixture through a fine wire-mesh strainer, discarding solids. Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
