  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
