Ginger-Curry Vinaigrette

Yield Makes 2 cups
Drizzle dressing over spinach salad with walnuts and sliced apples or lentil salad.


  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil

How to Make It

  1. Process first 6 ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Turn blender on high; add oil in a slow, steady stream. Cover and chill.
