Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make It

  1. Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth. Add vanilla, beating until smooth. Chill 30 minutes or until spreading consistency.
