Ginger Beer Cocktail

Photo: Greg Dupree; Styling: Lindsey Ellis Beatty

Serves 1

A splash of ginger in an ice-cold beer gives new meaning to the word "refreshment."

  • 8 ounces Belgian wheat beer, chilled
  • 4 ounces ginger beer, chilled
  • 1 1/2 ounces ginger liqueur, such as Domaine de Canton
  • Garnishes: orange zest twist, orange slices

How to Make It

  1. Combine beers and ginger liqueur in a measuring cup, stirring to blend. Pour into a 16-ounce ice-filled glass; garnish, if desired.
