- 1 quart water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup grated fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lime rind
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
How to Make It
Combine all ingredients, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cover and chill 4 hours.
Pour ginger mixture through a wire-mesh strainer into a large pitcher, discarding solids. Serve over crushed ice.
