Gin and Tonic

- 2 tablespoons gin
- 6 tablespoons chilled tonic water
- Lime wedge
- Pour gin and tonic water over ice in a cocktail glass. Serve with a wedge of lime.
- Drop In: Rosemary. This herb brings out gin's woodsy notes. Opt for lemon verbena to enhance the spirit's citrus side.
