Gin and Tonic

Photo: Jennifer Davick; Styling: Amy Burke
Yield 1 serving

  • 2 tablespoons gin
  • 6 tablespoons chilled tonic water
  • Lime wedge

How to Make It

  1. Pour gin and tonic water over ice in a cocktail glass. Serve with a wedge of lime.

  2. Drop In: Rosemary. This herb brings out gin's woodsy notes. Opt for lemon verbena to enhance the spirit's citrus side.
