- 2 ounces (4 tablespoons) gin
- 4 ounces (1/2 cup) coconut water (such as Naked)
- 1/4 ounce (1 1/2 teaspoons) fresh lime juice
- 2 to 4 dashes of Angostura bitters
How to Make It
Pour gin into a rocks glass half-filled with ice; add coconut water and lime juice. Stir until chilled. Add Angostura bitters, 1 dash at a time, just until cocktail is a rosy color.
