Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pan drippings from turkey or chicken
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups turkey or chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked giblets
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
- Heat pan drippings in a large skillet over low heat. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add broth and milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Add giblets, eggs, salt, and pepper, stirring well.
