1 beef fillet 3/4 lb
4 slices ham or prosciutto
5 tbl butter
4 shallots, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
6 mushrooms, sliced
1 lb thin linguini
1 cup white wine
1/3 cup grated asiago cheese

Chop beef and ham very fine. Saute shallots and garlic in butter. Add mushrooms and meat. Cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Lower heat, add wine and stir, add the underdone pasta, toss and stir in the cheese. Cover and simmer 3 minutes. Toss again and serve.
