Ghostly Munch

This recipe from Kathy Landes is the perfect party starter. Making your own trail mix recipe allows for fun customization, like adding Goldfish. Don't make it just for Halloween. Ghostly Munch is great for movie night snack—any time of year.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 cups popped unsalted popcorn
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion or garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 3 cups pretzel sticks or miniature pretzels
  • 1 6.6-oz. package Cheddar-flavored Goldfish crackers
  • Salt, optional

Preparation

Drizzle butter over popcorn. Sprinkle with onion salt and Parmesan; toss. Add pretzels and crackers; toss. Season with salt, if desired. Serve, or store in an airtight container.
