German Oven Pancake
This recipe is from my mother that was handed down for generations. Very fast meal and very good.
Yield: 4 servings ( Serving Size: 1/4 pancake )

Ingredients
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup(s) milk
- 1/2 cup(s) flour
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter melted
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt optional
Preparation
- Slightly beat eggs, add flour and milk and mix together. Add melted butter and salt and stir. Spray non stick cooking spray in a oven roasting pan. Pour batter in roasting pan. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Enjoy with syrup, sugar, fruit etc...
