German Chocolate Pie

  • 6 eggs
  • 4 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 1/2 cup(s) cocoa
  • 1 stick(s) butter
  • 12 ounce(s) evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vanilla
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 3 pie shells(regular not deep dish)
  • 1 cup(s) coconut


  1. Mix eggs and sugar. Stir together flour, cornstarch and cocoa. Melt butter and let cool, then mix with eggs and sugar. Stir in coconut, vanilla and nuts. Pour mixture into three pie shells. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
