  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil


  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium mixing bowl, stirring well. Add eggs, milk, and vegetable oil, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  2. Spoon batter into greased miniature muffin pans, filling three-fourths full. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans, and serve hot.
