Ingredients
- Basil
- 3 European cukes
- garlic
- olive oil
- 2 cup(s) orange juice
- salt & pepper
- 5 shallots
- 20 yellow tomatoes
Preparation
- Core & quarter tomatoes. Peel & seed cucumbers. Add garlicMix with hands everything except OJ and olive oil. Put in blender in batches, using OJ to make fluid. Each batch tablespoon of olive oil. Blend. Don't "cook" tomatoes. Pour in Chinoise and chill.
