Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 4 C sliced zucchini (about 1.5 lbs); 3 minced garlic cloves; 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. (I added 1 tsp hoisin sauce.) Saute 4 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with 2 TB grated parmesan cheese.
