Add the spinach as soon as the garlic is golden so it won't burn.
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves, very thinly sliced
1 (5-ounce) bag fresh spinach
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How to Make It
Heat oil and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes or just until garlic begins to sizzle and turn golden. Add the spinach, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring until wilted. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
