Garlicky Pita Chips

Ingredients

  • 6 (6-inch) pita rounds
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Split pita rounds to make 12 rounds.

Stir together garlic and oil; brush over both sides of rounds. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stack pitas; cut stack into 6 wedges. Place wedges in a single layer on baking sheets; bake at 400° for 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp.
