  • 2 tablespoons canola mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallots
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Dash of salt
  • 3 minced garlic cloves

Preparation

Combine canola mayonnaise, minced shallots, lemon juice, a dash of salt, and garlic in a mortar; pound with a pestle until blended.
