Garlicky Green Beans
Ingredients
- 3 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Preparation
- Cook beans and garlic in boiling salted water to cover 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Transfer to a serving bowl. Remove garlic cloves; mince. Whisk together minced garlic, oil, and next 3 ingredients; drizzle over green beans, and toss gently.
