Garlicky Green Beans

  • 3 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

How to Make It

  1. Cook beans and garlic in boiling salted water to cover 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Transfer to a serving bowl. Remove garlic cloves; mince. Whisk together minced garlic, oil, and next 3 ingredients; drizzle over green beans, and toss gently.
