I'd make this again because of how easy it is and because it's a solid side dish. The sea salt melted away during cooking, so next time I might try adding it a little later to preserve a little crunch. We like the beans cooked 1-2 minutes longer, and it was REALLY good when we topped them with a bold shredded hard cheese.
