This quickly became a family favorite. I roast or saute garlic with olive oil then add it to the dough. Then I just put olive oil and salt on the top. It is a beautiful bread and is easy to make. I have made it for a special dinner party with rave reviews.

This bread is to die for! I didn't get 10 servings out of it, only 6, but I wanted to use this for paninis, not as a dinner roll. I grilled this with thinly sliced green apple, bacon, and sharp cheddar, and served with a roasted tomato and basil soup for a grown-up version of grilled cheese and tomato soup! I think this would make a wonderful pizza crust also.

I love this bread. It's so easy to make, with amazing results every time. Perfect if you're short on time but craving that fresh-baked bread flavor with dinner. I've also made it with rosemary with great results.
