This quickly became a family favorite. I roast or saute garlic with olive oil then add it to the dough. Then I just put olive oil and salt on the top. It is a beautiful bread and is easy to make. I have made it for a special dinner party with rave reviews.

This bread is delicious! I used a micro plane and grated 2 cloves of garlic right into the dough as it was mixing. It gives the bread more of a garlic flavor than just brushing it with garlic oil.

I love this bread. It's so easy to make, with amazing results every time. Perfect if you're short on time but craving that fresh-baked bread flavor with dinner. I've also made it with rosemary with great results.
