Good, solid burger recipe - can definitely taste the thyme in these, but they are quick and easy to make. Used an indoor cast iron grill pan for the burgers and had to increase cook time to ~10 / side. I would consider adding smoked paprika to the recipe next time to get that "grill" flavor if cooking again during colder months and can't use the outdoor grill. Otherwise, good "fall back" recipe for indoor burgers; enjoy!
