Garlic-Studded Pork Loin Roast

    Very easy, good flavor combination. I had a bone-in roast, so I just scored the top surface and rubbed all the seasonings on. Will keep this handy for future use.

    Very good. I had a 5lb pork loin, so I just doubled the recipe and it still cooked in 2 hours! Amazing! My husband and I LOVE garlic, so next time I might try it with some elephant garlic to amp up the flavor even more.
