Garlic Sourdough

Two ingredients are all it takes to pump up the flavor of sourdough bread--garlic and olive oil. Serve Garlic Sourdough as an accompaniment to your favorite dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 (1.5-ounce) slices sourdough bread
  • 2 garlic cloves, halved
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat broiler. Broil sourdough bread for 90 seconds, turning once. Rub toasted bread with cut sides of garlic cloves. Brush with olive oil.
