4 (1.5-ounce) slices sourdough bread
2 garlic cloves, halved
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Preheat broiler. Broil sourdough bread for 90 seconds, turning once. Rub toasted bread with cut sides of garlic cloves. Brush with olive oil.
