    This recipe was fantastic. The garlic rubbed steak with the light and citrusy chimichurri sauce was absolutely delicious! And, super easy. I served it with Goya yellow rice and black beans. Easiest meal I have made in a long time and truly fantastic. I will definitely be making this again! I also want to add that you can use the rub on any cut of meat... if flank is not your style. Enjoy!

    Loved the flavor the chimichuri imparted on the beef. Incredibly quick and easy. My chimichuri turned out a little watery, should have ommitted the water.

    This recipe is delicious and so easy to make. I usually double the recipe b/c it is so good on the rice I serve it with. I have eaten in authentic Argentinian rest and this is better, a lot less greasy, just great flavors!
