These rolls are awesome. Everyone at Easter loved them! I'll definitely make these again.

These were absolutely superb and I made NO CHANGES to the recipe at all. I did not find that the dough was at all sticky, but maybe I got lucky or maybe the head of garlic that I roasted was smaller than most people's. The rolls were perfectly tender and moist.

The dough is so sticky and hard to work with, but the rolls are 100% worth the frustration. My nephew even offered to pay me to make them for him.

Excellant flavor no butter needed. Time consuming to make but figure I could probably roast the garlic ahead of time.
