Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds small round red potatoes, quartered
  • Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. 2. Place potatoes in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; coat potatoes with cooking spray. Add olive oil; toss gently. Sprinkle with garlic and remaining ingredients; toss. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 40 minutes or until tender, stirring once.
