1. Preheat oven to 450°.
2. Place beans and garlic in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Coat beans and garlic with cooking spray; toss well. Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over beans and garlic; sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
3. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender, stirring once.
