  • 12 garlic cloves
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 chicken drumsticks (about 1 pound), skinned
  • 4 chicken thighs (about 3/4 pound), skinned
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.

  2. Sprinkle garlic into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Arrange chicken over garlic; sprinkle onion, oregano, thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper over chicken. Cover and bake at 425° for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove chicken. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt to drippings. Drizzle drippings over chicken.
