Crushed red pepper and slices of garlic jazz up simply steamed broccoli in this quick side dish of Garlic and Red Pepper Broccoli.

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Preparation

  1. Heat canola oil, garlic, and crushed red pepper in a skillet over medium-high heat; sauté 1 minute. Toss with steamed broccoli florets and salt.
