I gave this recipe five stars because it is so easy to make and it is delicious!! My husband even liked it a lot (and that's saying something!). It took me about 30 minutes from start to finish. I would recommend making a Chinese-inspired side dish since this one kind of left me wanting a little more to eat.

I thought this recipe was excellent. I added mushrooms to the recipe and made a side of celery, onions, and bell pepper....added together it was a HIT!!!

I was a little dubious about this mix of flavors, especially about the Sriracha being a bit overwhelming. However the flavors blended wonderfully with the Basil perfectly rounding out the flavor profile. Definatly a make again.

This dish was excellent! My husband is not a big fan of pork, yet he loved this pork dish. In fact, he asked me if we could put this on our regular rotation. It was pretty simple to make. A couple of differences is that I used a little extra cornstarch/pepper/salt mixture to have enough for the pork (and I didn't coat by all means, just a dusting on each piece of meat). I used a pound of pork tenderloin - which is a bit more than what it calls for. The recipe states that it feeds 4, but my husband and I gobbled up almost the entire meal in one sitting - just be aware if you are making this for company. Also, because the thinly-sliced pork cooks so fast, next time I will make sure I have all other ingredients chopped and ready to go before I start cooking the pork.
