Pita rounds, garlic powder, and cooking spray are all you need for these homemade pita chips. This recipe yields 4 dozen chips from only 6 pita rounds, so the cost is considerably less than purchasing them ready-made.
This recipe goes with Opposing-Sides Two-Bean Dip

Preheat oven to 425°.
Coat one side of each pita with cooking spray; sprinkle with garlic powder. Cut each pita into 8 wedges; arrange wedges in a single layer on baking sheets. Bake at 425° for 6 minutes or until golden.
