Garlic, Parmesan Tomatoes

- 2 tomatoes cut into 6-8 slices
- 1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 cup(s) seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 clove(s) garlic minced
- olive oil
- fresh parsley optional
- Lay out tomatoes on a foil-lined baking sheet. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Sprinkle minced garlic on top of tomatoes. Next, sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs on top. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Drizzle on a small amount of EVOO on each slice. If using parsley, add it on top. Place in oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes.
