This is very good. I love garlic bread, and this tastes exactly the way you'd expect garlic bread.

- 4 (1-ounce) slices French bread
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 halved garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- Preheat broiler to high. Place French bread on a baking sheet. Broil 1 minute or until lightly toasted. Brush each slice with 1/2 teaspoon olive oil; rub slices with cut side of a halved garlic clove. Top each slice evenly with 1 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Broil 1 minute or until cheese melts.
