Everyone needs a quick and easy garlic toast recipe to serve with hearty pasta entrees. This four ingredient recipe is warm, cheesy and perfect for busy weeknights.
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
4 (1-ounce) whole-grain bread slices
1 ounce grated vegetarian Parmesan cheese
How to Make It
Preheat broiler to high. Combine garlic, olive oil, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet. Brush bread slices evenly with oil mixture; top with Parmesan cheese. Broil 30 seconds or until cheese melts.
