2 (4.5-ounce) naan flatbreads (such as International Fabulous Flats)
2 garlic cloves, halved
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
How to Make It
Heat a large grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat bread with cooking spray. Place bread in pan; grill 2 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear. Remove from pan. Rub bread with cut sides of garlic cloves. Tear each flatbread in half; sprinkle with cilantro, if desired.
