Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

Yield 1 serving (serving size: 3/4 cup)
If you like your mashed potatoes smooth, a hand mixer works well. Otherwise, a potato masher or the back of a spoon or fork will do the trick.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free milk
