  • 5 pound(s) potatoes
  • 1 1/4 stick(s) butter
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper

Preparation

roast garlic wrapped in foil baked at 425 degrees for 30 minutes

do not over beat potatoes wilth buter,etc, cut tops off garic and squeeze in potato mixture
