Garlic Mashed Potatoes

    Didn't miss the fat in these mashed potatoes at all. I used Yukon gold potatoes, which mashed easily and were very flavorful. Agree that the garlic was not too over powering.

    These are the best mashed potatoes I've ever had! They turned out really light & fluffy. There was a really nice garlic flavor without the garlic being to over powering. I will be using this recipe again!
