Garlic Lime Chicken

  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) paprik
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoon(s) lime juice


  1. Mix together first 7 ingredients. Sprinkle mixture on both sides of chicken breasts. In a skillet, heat butter & olive oil over medium high heat. Saute chicken until golden brownon each side, about 5 minutes on either side. Remove chicken & add lime juice and broth to pan, whisking in pan juices. Keep cooking until sauce has reduced slightly. Add chicken back to pan & thoroughly coat with sauce.
