Garlic and Lemon Vegetable Hummus

The perfect starter for your Summer BBQs


  • 2 (16-ounce) cans drained and washed Bush's® Garbanzo Beans
  • 1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make It

  1. In a food processor, add all ingredients and mix until smooth.

  2. Serve with fresh cut vegetables and pita bread.
