  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • Salt to taste


  1. Stir together mayonnaise, pressed garlic clove, lemon zest, lemon juice, and ground red pepper. Season with salt to taste.
