Super Quick. Recipes don't get much easier or tastier than this. If you have the time, grate fresh Parmesan cheese and use freshly squeezed lemon juice for maximum flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 1/2 cups hot cooked linguine (cooked without salt or fat)
Preparation
- 1. Melt margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat; stir in Parmesan cheese and next 3 ingredients. Pour over pasta; toss gently. Serve immediately.
