Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 1/2 cups hot cooked linguine (cooked without salt or fat)

Preparation

  1. 1. Melt margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat; stir in Parmesan cheese and next 3 ingredients. Pour over pasta; toss gently. Serve immediately.
