Garlic Herb Sauce

Great over vegetables and pasta.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 2 large whole(s) garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 3/4 cup(s) chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup(s) milk
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dried parsley
  • parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic and cook over medium heat for 1 minute. Add flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in broth and milk. Stir frequently until sauce comes to a boil and thickens. Add parsley, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.

  2. Serve over your favorite vegetables or pasta dish.
