- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 2 large whole(s) garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) flour
- 3/4 cup(s) chicken broth
- 3/4 cup(s) milk
- 2 tablespoon(s) dried parsley
- parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- In saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic and cook over medium heat for 1 minute. Add flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in broth and milk. Stir frequently until sauce comes to a boil and thickens. Add parsley, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- Serve over your favorite vegetables or pasta dish.
