Made for the first time. I used a much samller piece of meat. It came out great. My husband even liked the mayo. Nice combo.

We've served this on several occasions to friends and family--always with rave reviews. We usually present it as turkey sandwiches, offering different kinds of breads and rolls, cheeses, lettuce and tomato, and a couple side salads. It's a keeper!

Excellent recipe! The turkey turned out very moist and flavorful. I will definately make it again, and I might try it in the crockpot. Changes: used bottled garlic, fresh tar & sage, & dried lemon rind. Placed it on top of carrots in a small roaster since i don't have a rack. I didn't make the mayo, but will try it next time. Served with brocolli and Sweet Potato Casserole w struesel topping.
